great location but noisy surroundings

The location was superb, just steps from the beach. I loved the city view from my balcony-it. The pool area offered fun daytime activities.

Updated units with a larger bedroom. Very central location in the centre of all the action.

Booked a room with balcony.

The vibrant pool area was the highlight, especially with lively Friday Pool Parties and cool DJ sessions. Enjoyed a fun time at the games room and saw some great live music performances. We also visited Terra Mítica for a day and had a blast! A fantastic trip with friends.

There was one annoying detail. The air conditioning in our room didn't work well, quite uncomfortable during warmer days.

Everything was fairly clean and good. Loved our rooms on a higher level. The staff was affable and our experience was excellent overall. The location was incredible for walking around a city beach. This hotel was set in a nice area.

The pool party was 🔥! Amazing DJ, mermaid show, and creative cocktails. Just wish check-in was quicker since we were a big group. such an exhilarating atmosphere with friends! Can't wait to be back.

The hotel is centrally located and has direct access to the beach and the city. The staff is always helpful and very friendly. The food is versatile, so that everyone meets his taste. The hotel is very well maintained and always kept clean and modern.

The English "party mile" makes it a little noisy.

Perfect for a Group Celebration!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for a stag do, and it was spot on for our group! The location is just a stone's throw from the beach and nightlife. Our superior room was clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed, including a spacious balcony that turned out to be the perfect hangout spot. The pool area was vibrant, and the bar staff kept the drinks flowing. Just keep in mind that during peak hours, finding a sunbed can be tricky.

The perfect location - so central, especially for nightlife - the hotel is one street away from the main center of bars, clubs etc which is exactly what we wanted. Pool is nice and the hotel's Secret Fountain Bar is great - we loved it, its a roof-top bar with live music in the afternoons, very relaxing and great service.

Breakfast could have been better - choice was limited compared to other hotels of this standard I have stayed in in Spain. Although we loved the location the prices they charge for the summer months are just too expensive, we paid €120 for one night - we would have stayed for 2 nights if we had gotten a better deal.

Location was very good as were the pool and facilities. Staff including maids were all very helpful.

Fine for what I needed for a few days stay.

Luggage storage was convenient, and the seasonal outdoor pool was refreshing. Noisy at night.

The central location of the hotel made it ideal for all the resorts amenities.

We only stayed 1 night for bred and breakfast, but the quality of food on offer for breakfast was abysmal. After having talked to another couple who were staying for a full week half board, Im glad we only booked bed and breakfast, as they didnt eat at the hotel, because of the poor quality on offer.

The pool area was fantastic with a huge TV for game day. The atmosphere was electric, packed with energy from cheering fans. Clean, inviting pool kept us cool. DJ played great sets. Comfortable bed in Economy Room made for a good night's rest 🏊‍♂️

The location worked perfectly for our group, just steps from the beach and close to shops and restaurants. We enjoyed the vibrant pool area with excellent entertainment, including live bands and games on a huge screen. Our superior room had a decent size and a lovely balcony, great for hanging out. We faced issues with air conditioning. It never cooled down properly. The reception staff seemed dismissive when I asked about it. We also noticed room maintenance needed attention, especially the bathroom with cracked tiles. The food at the buffet left a bit to be desired in terms of flavor.
